PAREF Northfield School is an exclusive school in Sun Valley Estates, Antipolo City that caters to all levels of basic education, i.e., Grades 1-12. At the heart of our brand of education is the formation of the entire human person--mind, heart, body, and soul.

TEACHING POSITIONS:

During this pandemic, we will adapt a hybrid work arrangement. Employees will work remotely (using Google Suites) and will be asked to report to our Antipolo Campus from time to time.

MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Marketing Specialist spearheads the development, implementation, and management of the school’s marketing, branding, and communications programs across digital and traditional channels.

The work includes researching the market, analyzing current trends to help define Northfield’s marketing strategy, and providing practical insights and proposals as to how to best reach the target market (i.e. parents and their families).

At PAREF Northfield, the Marketing Specialist is also responsible for mobilizing the students’ publication and broadcasting teams in developing online content for Fortibus (the School Paper) and FortiKast (the School’s Broadcasting Arm).

The Marketing Specialist is also heavily involved in the organization of marketing-related events such as open houses, booths, conferences, etc.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Marketing, Communications, or Business-related Bachelor’s degree. In the absence of such, 2 - 3 years of experience in branding or marketing would suffice. 
  • Eloquence in English both in written and spoken communication.
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Knack for critical thinking and data analysis
  • Ability to seamlessly interact, communicate, and collaborate with teams
  • Functional familiarity with various marketing, creative, project management, and communication tools such as but not limited to:
    • Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
    • Microsoft Office/365 and Google Suite Applications
    • Trello, Asana, Slack, Bloo Teamwork, or similar apps.
    • Facebook Business Suite
  • Basic familiarity with digital marketing skills such as but not limited to:
    • Graphic design, audio/video editing
    • Web design, email marketing, lead generation
    • Content creation such as vlogging, podcasting
SCHOOL PSYCHOMETRICIAN

The Psychometrician is in charge of crafting and implementing the psychological testing program as part of the Guidance Services that provides opportunity to aid the school in helping the students reach their full potential, through the use of psychometric materials and assistance in the psychological aspect of formation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the guidance counselor in the planning and implementation of the yearly testing program
  • Designs and implements psychometric procedures for educational testing programs.
  • Provides learning assessments, student outcomes, and research support to all educational programs of the school.
  • Administers, scores and interprets the psychological tests given to students and prepares a psychological report for each student based on test results.
  • Coordinates with the guidance counselor and other school officials in the administration and scoring of the different psychological tests for students.
  • Collaborates with subject-matter experts to improve current assessments.
  • Coordinates with the different test providers, publishers and distributors.
  • Works as a member of the team of the Guidance and Counseling Office.
  • Prepares an inventory of all assessment/test materials.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Psychometrician
  • With above average oral and written communication skills
  • With experience in the administration of student activities
HR SPECIALIST/ASSISTANT

Establishes and maintains systems and processes to enhance the school’s human capital (teachers and admin staff) by planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interview and evaluate job applicants
  • Continuously implement/evaluate talent acquisition process.
  • Aid in employee onboarding.
  • Update and maintain HRIS records and other database with the help of an HR Assistant
  • Contribute in the development of faculty/employee handbook
  • Conduct job offers/calibrate salary and allowances with HR Officer and/or director
  • Constantly review and/improve school business processes considering PAREF and industry standards
  • Prepare memoranda and other HR documents (forms, certificates, etc.)
  • Hear and resolve employee grievances, along with the Senior Coordinator for Administration, Human
  • resources, and Employee Engagement
  • Review current performance appraisal system and helps in ensuring proper implementation
  • May be assigned to do other administrative functions from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or other related business management or education courses
  • Prior work experience in the field of HR or education
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication
  • Passion for bringing out the best in people
