Our emphasis on formation is the reason why PAREF puts great emphasis on home-school collaboration, which essentially means that the school and the home, through the parents, both working with the student, complement one another and are on the same page when it comes to what they want the student to achieve.

Home-school collaboration is realized through our mentoring system, where students are each assigned a personal mentor who meets them regularly, and who also meets the parents at intervals during the school year to make sure that both parents and mentors are on the same page.

This is also reinforced by other family-oriented and formation-oriented activities that take place during the school year.
